Overall its a nice hotel. The rooms are well presented although standard rooms are a little small and the bathroom was tiny, also the room we got (423) was overlooking a train station. Breakfast was good, but it was not clear if it was included in the price or not.
The pool is nice and the staff were friendly and helpful. |

| Lovely hotel. Recommended by our daughter. She altered our booking from a booking at another one because she wanted us to experience her favourite hotel. Unfortunately we had room 529 and after two hours trying to get to sleep with cotton wool in our ears had to move to another room. The screaming noise from the windows was horrendous. Do not stay in any rooms finishing wioth 29 as they sem to be in a wind tunnel. |

| We had a great stay at this hotel. Friendly staff, beautiful pool, large room. It seems we had breakfast included on all the days we stayed so it's worth checking. Already recommended to our friends |

| a spotlessly clean hotel with marble bathroom, furnished to a high standard, would definatly stay again. |

| Excellent room and facillities. We arrived to find out our room had been upgraded to an executive room. The room was spotless and absolutly huge with a balcony with a view of the tower of london. The gym and swimming pool were great with steam and sauner rooms by the side. The down side to this story is the lack of hot water late in the evening. For a 5 star hotel I do not expect this.... |

| Hotel 10 out of 10. Breakfast 0 out of 10. Food cold, service non-existent, complaints received with disinterest. Would not go again or recommend to anyone who likes breakfast |

| Our room was the biggest i've been in london! The hotel's literally round the corner from Tower Hill tube station & i especially love the toiletries in the ladies' changing room. Breakfast was so-so but everything else more than made up for it. |

| Brilliant hotel,excellent pool and facilities,however only downside was breakfast,definitely not enough staff on, had to sit at dirty table and ask for tea and toast 3 times which still did not materialise.But on the whole an enjoyable stay good size rooms and plenty of hangers to hang your clothes-makes a change!! |

| just spent 2 nights at this fantastic hotel, deserves every one of its 5 stars. room was fantastic, luxurious with marble bathroom, huge deep bath and lovely toiletries. staff friendly, polite and do anything to help you 24 hrs a day. hotel facilities excellent and everything sparkling clean. 2 days of being spoilt! would go back without a moments hesitation. |

| Very nice hotel. Exceptionally friendly and welcoming staff. Grand entrance/reception area. Located just two mins away from Tower Hill station. Just avoid room 804. As bizarre as it may sound, my partner and I are 90% sure there was paranormal activity in there. |

| An excellent hotel complete with, for the most part, excellent staff. The rooms were xcellenet with the most stunning views. I would recommend this hotel without hesitatio. |
